Drawer Slide Cycle Testing
Computerized test machines running 50 to 100 slides simultaneously. Full extension and return cycles at rated load. Continuous monitoring of extension force and operation sound. Standard test to 50,000 or 100,000 cycles based on product grade.
Hinge Durability Testing
Automated hinge test fixtures opening and closing at 10 to 12 cycles per minute. Door weight simulation using calibrated loads. Side play measurement at intervals. Passing requires 80,000 cycles with less than 2mm wear.
Load Capacity Validation
Static load testing with incremental weight application until failure. Dynamic load testing at 80 percent of rated capacity. Deflection measurement at multiple points. Safety factor verification per product line specifications.
Environmental Simulation
Salt spray chambers for corrosion testing — 48 to 500 hour protocols. Temperature cycling from -10°C to 60°C. Humidity chambers at 90 percent relative humidity. UV exposure for wood and powder coated finishes.
Wear Pattern Analysis
Optical profilometry measuring raceway wear depth. Ball bearing inspection for brinelling or pitting. Lubricant condition assessment. Photographic documentation at specified magnifications for each test report.
Test Documentation
Complete test reports available to customers. Reports include test parameters, cycle counts, force measurements, and failure analysis. Third-party witnessed testing available upon request.
