Frequently Asked Questions

Common inquiries from cabinet and furniture manufacturers regarding our hardware products, quality standards, ordering process, and technical support.

1. What product families do you offer?
We offer four material families. Intelligence series includes IoT-ready drawer slides and hinges with embedded sensors, position detection, usage telemetry, and motorized options. Walnut collection features solid wood, veneer, and laminate finishes for natural aesthetics across handles, drawer fronts, and wardrobe fittings. Aluminum Plate series provides lightweight, corrosion-resistant components for marine and high-humidity environments. Iron Plate series delivers heavy-duty drawer slides, hinges, and structural brackets for commercial kitchens and industrial storage applications.
Standard lead time for volume production orders is 15 to 25 business days after order confirmation and deposit receipt. Sample orders of up to 50 units per component type ship within 7 to 10 business days. Lead times vary by product family — Aluminum Plate components are fastest at 15-20 days, Walnut solid wood requires 25-35 days due to additional milling and finishing steps. Expedited production may be available for urgent requirements with additional fees.
Yes, sample kits are available for qualified manufacturers. Standard sample kits include up to 10 units of selected component types. Pre-configured kits by application category — residential kitchen, premium residential, commercial kitchen, marine, industrial — are also available. Sample orders ship within 7 to 10 business days and include installation documentation and CAD files. Finish swatches and material samples are provided free of charge.
Our quality management system is ISO 9001:2015 certified. In-house testing includes dimensional verification with CMM, load capacity testing with safety factor validation, cycle testing to 50,000 or 100,000 operations based on product grade, salt spray corrosion testing from 48 to 500 hours, and finish durability testing for abrasion and chemical resistance. Complete test reports are available to customers upon request.
Yes, custom engineering is available for volume commitments. Customization options include non-standard lengths for drawer slides, special hole patterns for hinge mounting plates, custom handle profiles, specific RAL colors for powder coating, and custom packaging with private labeling. Minimum order quantities for custom components vary by complexity — contact technical sales with specifications for feasibility review and quotation.
Minimum order quantities vary by product family. Standard components — 1,000 units per part number for Iron Plate, 500 units for Aluminum Plate, 500 units for Walnut, 1,000 units for Intelligence. Sample orders have no minimum — up to 10 units per component type. Consolidated orders across multiple product lines qualify for lower per-item minimums. Contact sales for specific MOQ requirements for your target components.
