Progressive Stamping Lines
24 high-speed presses from 60 to 250 tons, operating at 50 to 80 strokes per minute. Coil-fed material with in-die tapping and forming. Capable of producing complex stamped components in a single continuous operation.
Roll-Forming Lines
12 dedicated roll-forming lines for drawer slide channels, shelf standards, and continuous profiles. Automated coil loading, roll-forming stations, cut-to-length, and stack discharge. Profile tolerances held to plus or minus 0.2 millimeters.
Robotic Welding Cells
6 robotic welding cells for structural bracket assemblies and hinge components. Automated part fixturing, MIG welding with ER70S-6 wire, and integrated fume extraction. Consistent weld penetration and bead appearance.
Automated Finishing Conveyors
Overhead and belt conveyors connecting stamping to finishing lines. Automated pretreatment spray, powder coating application, and curing oven controls. Reducing handling labor and finish defects from manual transfer.
Assembly Automation
Rotary and linear assembly systems for hinge and slide mechanisms. Automated ball bearing insertion, lubricant application, and function testing. Vision systems verify component presence and orientation.
Packaging Automation
Semi-automated packing stations with bagging, carton erecting, and labeling. Automated weight checking and case sealing. Custom labeling and packaging configurations available.
