Production Equipment
24 high-speed progressive stamping presses (60-250 tons), 12 automated roll-forming lines, 8 CNC press brake forming lines, and 6 robotic welding cells. Toolroom with 6 die makers supporting in-house maintenance and development.
Finishing Capabilities
Three powder coating booths with pretreatment and curing ovens. Two anodizing lines for aluminum components. Four zinc plating lines with clear, yellow, and black passivation. Environmental filtration meeting local emission standards.
Quality Laboratory
Computerized cycle test machines for drawer slides and hinges. Salt spray chambers for corrosion testing. Coordinate measuring machine for dimensional verification. Spectrophotometer for finish color matching. ISO 9001:2015 certified.
